Tear Me Down + Minoranza di Uno + L’Ordegno – Pordenone, 9/13/15

Here we are again with a new Radio Punk live report! Today we’ll be checking out three anti-fascists hardcore punk bands, telling more about their day by day and their lyrics.
We’re talking about the amazing Tear Me Down, one of the most militant hardcore bands ever, together with Minoranza di Uno (band from Gorizia’s province) and with L’Ordegno (from Trieste).
This concert took place Sunday 13th september 2015 in Pordenone in the so called “Prefabbrikato” located in the area called Villanova. This location is the home base of the libertarian association E. Zapata ( http://www.zapatapn.org/ ) and it was organized by the collective named PN Rebel  (https://www.facebook.com/pnrebelfest).

Kickoff at 20:30 with L’Ordegno: simple and straightforward riffs combined with some metal, with some screaming voice on the side with the topping of a steady drum base. Therefore, old school hc with anti army, anti capitalists and libertarians lyrics with lots of sing a longs by the audience.
About 20/30 very positive and interesting minutes of music. The second band on the stage is Minoranza di Uno, band that is already familiar with this location. They have a real tough sound that impacts the audience both musically and emotionally, thanks to their well written and well
sung lyrics. Tracks like “Luglio” (regarding the G8 Convention with the murder of Giuliani) are perfectly introduced by the drummer. A Good old school punk that, with their riffs and their drums, make a unique charismatic sound. Even in this case the result is a very positive live
show, thanks to their poetic and felt anti capitalists and libertarian lyrics.
At the end of the day Tear Me Down get on the stage, a band on their way back from their tour in Germany for a 30 minutes of astonishing impact. Starting with “Prendi una Posizione” the crowd
already goes crazy in front of them. After a couple of songs, Massimo (the singer) thanks the audience and compliments the location and the anarchic symbols painted on the walls. Then it’s the turn of “All’attacco”, “Vendetta” and with the lively “Nei Tuoi Occhi”, a track
that speaks about hc punk like a mean useful to reach the self-management of things. After this some songs from the latest album, like “Fukushima Dentro”, “Hardcore Prevedibile” and “Lavoro II” (track that is about the current situation of workers, light years away from the idea of self managed work). The last tracks are “Come l’inferno Potrebbe essere” taken from the album “Morire di Tolleranza” and “10,100,1000 Acca Larentia”,an  antifa track which is one of the anthem of this
band. Closing down the concert with “Zona di Guerra” and “PSM
II” (More Dead Nerks 2), maybe the most famous song of this band together with 10,100,1000 Acca Larentia.
The outcome of the Tear me Down is excellent, they managed to play the best setlist possible
for the time available. They are excellent performers on stage, with the bassist Caciotta who is a Tank, playing those scales with no effort, Beppe and Adriano with their well intertwined guitars never missing a note and Massimo with his powerful voice who knows how to move, and last but not least Mario the drummer, who is a time bomb.
Sincere congrats to a band that goes great guns, has an amazing background story and the right amount of humility. The hundred-ish people in the crowd were for sure satisfied with the three bands and with the location.
Nothing else to say but stay tuned for more the next time!
